S2700 Series Enterprise Switch

The S2700 series enterprise switches (hereafter referred to as the S2700) are the next-generation green energy-saving Ethernet smart 100-Mbps access switches introduced by Huawei.

It is based on the next-generation switching technology and the Huawei VRP (Versatile Routing Platform) software platform. It provides simple and convenient installation and maintenance methods, and combines flexible network deployment, complete security and QoS control strategies, and environmental protection technologies. Ethernet multi-service bearer and access needs to help enterprise users build future-oriented IT networks.
Key characteristics

Built-in 7KV lightning protection technology can effectively resist the overvoltage of induced lightning strikes;

Supports 802.1x authentication and MAC address authentication, supports dynamic or static binding of user identification elements such as IP, MAC, VLAN, and port, and supports dynamic delivery of user policies (VLANs, ACLs);

Intelligent stacking iStack improves switching capacity, reliability, and scalability. The stacked logical systems share an IP address and unified configuration management, which greatly reduces the cost of system operation and maintenance.
